TweetFollow helps you quickly follow new friends on Twitter with a minimum number of taps.
Its as simple as that!

Your Twitter ID, and Password, are stored locally on the device, and removed when you delete the app or logout. Once youre logged in, enter the Twitter ID of your new friend, and they will be added to your list of friends on Twitter.
